“Unwieldy, slow, heavy and pale as lead.”  Romeo and Juliet

My boys (both husband and son) have been throwing up since Thursday evening.  If I have to clean up any more curdled, stinky stomach contents I think I’m going to be sick myself.  It’s actually a wonder I’m not ill yet – cross my fingers.

Update, 9:20 a.m.:  Now my cat, NoMe, has jumped on the bandwagon and begun barfing up in various rooms around the house.  It is C R A Z Y around here!!!

You have my sympathy. The flu bug took about 2 weeks to cycle its way through our house. Hopefully, your crew will be on the mend soon.

You mean we’ve got another week of this to go!?! Ah! Thanks for the note of sympathy…

Hopefully not another week for you and yours. I should have clarified, there are six folks in my immediate family so, it always takes a while to run the cycle from the first person getting sick to the last one getting over the illness in question. I think the worst in my household was about 2 days of the nastiest effects followed by 2 days of general recovery (and one more day of them being lazy and me too tired to argue so they stayed home anyway).

Six people in the house, that’s a lot! I hope you buy kleenex in bulk.
